Deposit In order to complete your reservation, we ask that you provide us with a deposit totaling50% of the rental fee. |

Payment of the balance The entire rental price will be requested upon your arrival. For stays lasting one week or more, the balance for the rental must be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival at the apartment. |

Guarantee All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit. |

Cancellation terms 30 days or + before expected arrival date: 100% of deposit returned 16 to 29 days before expected arrival date: 50% of deposit returned 15 days or -: No reimbursement |

Early departure An early department will not lead to any reimbursement of any kind. |
